Jon opened M&W in 2014 after relocating back to St Leonards, having previously lived in London and Kent. He oversees all property sales and transactions as well as the day-today running of the M&W office.
Jon’s transparency with clients and high-quality service has helped M&W gain a wellrespected reputation, helped in no small part by his passion for the local area and all it has to offer. He looks forward to M&W helping more people in St Leonards, Hastings, Bexhill and Battle in the near future.
Luke has been a valued M&W team member since 2016. Having also grown up locally, his in-depth knowledge of the area means he excels in presenting our clients with property options that meet both their individual and family needs. Prior to joining M&W, Luke previously worked in a financial role in London and then for another major local letting agent when moving back to St. Leonards.
Kay has over 25 years of lettings experience in East Sussex area. Having previously run her own lettings business in Eastbourne, she brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. Kay handles both sales and lettings at M&W including valuing, property management and sales progression.
Jasmine has over 5 years of sales and lettings experience with M&W. She handles both sales and lettings for M&W and is a valued member of the team. Her wealth of local knowledge of the market in both sales and lettings is key for us to provide a high-quality service to our clients.
Deidre moved to St Leonards in 2018 and we’re proud to say she’s worked for M&W ever since. Her main role is inspecting and using her property expertise and experience to manage our growing rental portfolio.
